## What is OnAirFlow?
Live rundown software for YouTube shows, podcasts, and structured streams.
Plan the show together. Run it live from one rundown. Use OnAirFlow for the
rundown, timing, host view, and teleprompter. Keep your existing tools for
video, recording, and editing. OnAirFlow does not switch scenes, encode or
record video, distribute episodes, ingest news wires, or replace the rest of
a creator's stack.

## AI Agent Access
AI agents are first-class users: their own accounts, documented writes
attributed to the agent user, no seat cost, and default-deny access scoped to
the rundown surface (shows, stories, columns, attachments). Three ways in:

- Connector (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok): add
  https://api.onairflow.com/mcp as a custom connector. The client discovers
  OnAirFlow's OAuth 2.1 endpoints (PKCE + dynamic client registration),
  registers itself, and any team member approves the connection once on a consent
  screen — revocable any time. OAuth connections do not require an OnAirFlow API key.
- Scoped API keys (prefix oaf_): minted per agent in the app, scopes
  rundown:read / rundown:write, shown once, hashed at rest. Work as bearer
  tokens on both the REST API and the MCP server.
- Hosted MCP server (Streamable HTTP): POST https://api.onairflow.com/mcp —
  eleven rundown tools including base64 attachment upload. With Google Drive
  connected, REST agent uploads support files up to 50MB; hosted MCP uploads
  support up to 15MB decoded. Agents can create, rename, and delete columns,
  and move stories; they cannot reorder columns.
