Terms of Service

By accessing or using OnAirFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use OnAirFlow to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Use the service to spam or engage in deceptive practices.

Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create in OnAirFlow. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the service. We do not sell, share, or reuse your content for any other purpose.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Manage plan changes through the billing portal.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the subscription from renewing: your plan stays active for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not provide refunds for unused time in a period that has already started.

Termination

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days before we delete it.

Warranty disclaimer

OnAirFlow is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnAirFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
