Use case · YouTube shows
Rundown software for scheduled YouTube shows.
OnAirFlow is the shared live rundown for creator-led shows. This page is for scheduled YouTube formats: interviews, panels, commentary, and recurring live magazines — segments, notes, guests, and a host/producer handoff.
What maps onto a YouTube show
- Move stories through Story Ideas, Working, Ready, and Done, or configure the board for your workflow.
- Open the host view or teleprompter on another browser screen.
- Browser teleprompter with speed, mirror, and font controls.
- Send flash messages to the board, producer view, and host view.
- Connect Claude, ChatGPT, or Grok through OnAirFlow's hosted MCP endpoint, or use another compatible MCP client. OnAirFlow adds no AI usage charge; your assistant provider's plan and limits apply.
- Use the synchronized show clock, per-story timers, and overtime alerts.
What we're not
Not a streaming encoder. Not a scene switcher. Pair OnAirFlow with OBS, vMix, StreamYard, or whatever you already use for the production pipeline — those are examples, not integrations. Use OnAirFlow for the rundown, timing, host view, and teleprompter. Keep your existing tools for video, recording, and editing.
